Who We Are

Oak’s Loft Care, Inc. is a home and community-based support agency providing person-centred care to children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities and diverse support needs. Our services promote independence, safety, and meaningful participation in daily life. As an inclusive, woman-owned agency, our clients come from all backgrounds and walks (and rolls!) of life.

 

We bring calm, compassionate, relationship-based support into every home: allowing individuals to live meaningfully while helping families feel reassured, informed, and supported.
